Common use of Litter Abatement Clause in Contracts

Litter Abatement. Franchisee shall use due care to prevent Recyclable Materials from being spilled or scattered during the Collection or transportation process. If any Recyclable Materials are spilled during Collection, Franchisee shall promptly clean up all spilled materials. Each collection vehicle shall carry a broom and shovel at all times for this purpose.
