Literature Rack Sample Clauses
The 'Literature Rack' clause defines the terms under which literature racks—display stands for brochures, pamphlets, or other informational materials—may be installed, maintained, or used within a specified location, such as a retail space or event venue. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for providing and stocking the rack, any restrictions on the type of materials displayed, and requirements for keeping the area tidy and compliant with venue policies.
