Common use of List of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

List of Union Representatives. The Union shall provide the Employer with a list of the names of authorized Union Stewards with duty location and worksite representation responsibility, and a list of authorized staff representatives and shall update those lists in writing to the university’s chief human resource officer or designee within five (5) work days of any changes. An employee will not be recognized as a xxxxxxx, or accorded the rights of a xxxxxxx as provided in this Agreement, unless such written notice has been provided by the Union to the university’s chief human resource officer. If problems arise regarding Union Xxxxxxx authorized activities in representing employees, the Union agrees to discuss the problem with the Employer.
