List of Deliverables. The deliverables for the Gap Analysis will be:  Acomprehensive Gap Analysis document identifying the following: • Differences between current HR operations services and DOI/IBC's HR operations services • Business process changes that will be required and/or recommended if a migration was agreed upon • Potential challenges if a migration was agreed upon • Action items that would result for both NRC and DOI/IBC if a migration was agreed upon • Cost estimates for the following: • Migrating HR operations services to DOI/IBC • Initial year of DOI/IBC HR operations services (depending on date of implementation, this may be a pro-rated cost) • One full year of continued DOI/IBC HR operations services Subsequent to the Gap Analysis, DOI/IBC would hold a joint review session with NRC to review the Gap Analysis deliverables. The purpose of the review session will be to discuss and come to a mutual agreement regarding next steps.

This list, however, is not an exclusive list of all documents and deliverables required of Architect and sub-consultants.
