Liquor Permit. The liquor permit issued by the State of Ohio for the Hotel is in good standing, and all taxes related thereto have been fully paid or adequately reserved by the Seller.
Liquor Permit. Third Party Organizers are asked to provide a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) form from the LCBO if the organizers are running the bar. • The permit must be obtained and held by the individual(s) holding the event. • All regulations regarding the liquor permit are enforced.
Liquor Permit. The Tribal Liquor Commission has contemporaneously herewith issued Port Xxxxx a “blanket” banquet permit, allowing Port Xxxxx at no cost one banquet liquor permit per month, without accumulation, subject to re-inspection for compliance with applicable liquor laws. A copy of the “blanket” permit is annexed hereto as Exhibit 3 and by reference made part of this Agreement. Additional banquet permit licenses will be available, upon request, on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in the “blanket” permit or this Agreement precludes the Parties from negotiating future, less restrictive liquor permits and licenses.
Liquor Permit a. You must obtain our prior written consent to any alcohol being consumed, provided or sold at the Facility. Approval for the consumption of alcohol may be withheld at the College’s absolute discretion.
Liquor Permit. Seller has voluntarily relinquished and surrendered the permit issued by the Texas Alcohol Beverage Control Commission to serve alcoholic beverages at the Restaurant. Purchaser shall apply for a new permit to cover its operations at the Restaurant.
Liquor Permit. If Alcohol is served, the Applicant must obtain a “No Sale” liquor permit from the L.L.B.O. This permit must be provided to the Custodian on the day of the function. Only liquor, wines and beer purchased under the Special Occasions Permit shall be served and only on occasion where food is served. The Bar must close at Midnight and all evidence of service and consumption of liquor must be removed within 45 minutes after the function has ended. No form of alcohol shall be permitted in the hall, on or near the grounds of the premises other than as authorized in this paragraph.
Liquor Permit. To acquire and abide by the terms of such permits and licenses as may be necessary for the provision and/or purveyance of alcohol on the premises, to post the permit/license in a visible area during the function, and to supply a copy of this permit to the PCA. If desired, the PCA can take out a liquor permit in it own name and provide bar services. However, in that case all the monies from the bar will go to the PCA. The Renter acknowledges that alcohol is not to be consumed outside of the facility, and that the importation of personal alcohol into the facility is not permitted by law.
Liquor Permit. Buyer and its authorized Ohio representatives are qualified under applicable Ohio Liquor permit law to operate a licensed facility in Ohio. Buyer is familiar with the applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and the rules and regulations of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission and will take all action required of it and its agents to obtain transfer of the Company’s liquor permit Xx. 0000000 (Xxxxxxx X-0, X-0 and D-3) on the Closing Date or obtain new liquor permits post-closing at its sole cost and expense.
