Common use of Liquidation Reports Clause in Contracts

Liquidation Reports. Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Owner pursuant to a deed-in--lieu of foreclosure, the Servicer shall submit to the Owner a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property in such form as the Servicer and the Owner shall agree. The Servicer shall also provide reports on the status of REO Property containing such information as Owner may reasonably require.

Liquidation Reports. Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Owner pursuant to a deed-in---lieu of foreclosure, the Servicer shall submit to the Owner a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property in such form as the Servicer and the Owner shall agree. The Servicer shall also provide reports on be substantially in the status form of REO Property containing and contain such information as Owner may reasonably requireis set forth in Exhibit 14 attached hereto or other mutually agreeable format.

The Servicer shall also provide reports on the status of REO Property containing such information as Owner Purchaser may reasonably require.

Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Owner or its designee pursuant to a deed-in--deed in lieu of foreclosure, the Servicer shall submit to the Owner or its designee a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property in such form as Property. The Servicer shall also provide reports on or its designee a report setting forth Servicing Advances and other expenses incurred in connection with the status liquidation of REO Property containing such information as Owner may reasonably requireany Mortgage Loan.

The Servicer Company shall also provide reports on the status of REO Property containing such information as Owner the Purchaser and the Master Servicer may reasonably require.

The Servicer shall also provide reports on the status of REO Property containing such information as Owner may reasonably require.
