Liquidation Reports. Upon the foreclosure of any Mortgaged Property relating to an EMC Mortgage Loan or the acquisition thereof by the Trust Fund pursuant to a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, the Company shall submit a liquidation report to the Master Servicer containing such information as shall be mutually acceptable to the Company and the Master Servicer with respect to such Mortgaged Property.
