  • Amateur means any of following:

  • Liquidator has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.A hereof.

  • dissolution “insolvency”, or “reorganisation” of a company or corporation shall be construed so as to include any equivalent or analogous proceedings under the law of the jurisdiction in which such company or corporation is incorporated or any jurisdiction in which such company or corporation carries on business including the seeking of liquidation, winding-up, reorganisation, dissolution, arrangement, protection or relief of debtors;

  • NZME means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.

  • Dissolution Date means, as the case may be:

  • Chauffeur means every person employed for the principal purpose of driving a motor vehicle and

  • Gasket or thread locking adhesive remover means a product designed or labeled to remove gaskets or thread locking adhesives. Products labeled for dual use as a paint stripper and gasket remover and/or thread locking adhesive remover are considered “Gasket or Thread Locking Adhesive Remover.”

  • AU means gold.

  • Adaptive Reuse means a proposed development that will be repurposed from what it was originally built and designed for. Except where stated otherwise, rehabilitation requirements in Threshold apply to Adaptive Reuse projects.

  • General purpose adhesive remover means a product designed or labeled to remove cyanoacrylate adhesives as well as nonreactive adhesives or residue from a variety of substrates. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” includes, but is not limited to, products that remove thermoplastic adhesives; pressure sensitive adhesives; dextrine or starch-based adhesives; casein glues; rubber or latex-based adhesives; as well as products that remove stickers; decals; stencils; or similar materials. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” does not include “Floor or Wall Covering Adhesive Remover.”

  • Curie means a unit of quantity of radioactivity. One curie (Ci) is that quantity of radioactive material which decays at the rate of 3.7E+10 transformations per second (tps).

  • Distressed Person has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Lender-Related Distress Event.”

  • Liquidation Trustee means the trustee appointed jointly by the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee, and identified in the Plan Supplement, to serve as the liquidation trustee under the Liquidation Trust Agreement, or any successor appointed in accordance with the terms of the Plan and Liquidation Trust Agreement.

  • Adhesive remover means a product designed to remove adhesive from either a specific substrate or a variety of substrates. “Adhesive Remover” does not include products that remove adhesives intended for use on humans or animals.

  • SUR means the software use rights agreements which include additional or supplemental terms and conditions under which Software is licensed and which is made available on xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

  • Reorganisation means (without limitation) any transaction, deemed transaction, step, procedure or agreement, including (but without limitation) the transfer, distribution, contribution or settlement of assets and/or liabilities.

  • Insolvency Act means the Insolvency Xxx 0000.

  • Danish Bankruptcy Act means the Danish Bankruptcy Act (Consolidated Act No. 11 of 6 January 2014, as amended);

  • Receivership means a proceeding in which a receiver is appointed.

  • de facto partner means a person who, although not legally married to the Employee, lives with the Employee in a relationship as a couple on a genuine domestic basis (whether the Employee and the person are of the same sex or different sexes) and includes a former de facto partner of the Employee.

  • Receiver means a receiver or receiver and manager or administrative receiver of the whole or any part of the Charged Property.

  • Reconstitution Date The date or dates on which any or all of the Mortgage Loans serviced under this Agreement shall be removed from this Agreement and reconstituted as part of a Pass-Through Transfer or a Whole Loan Transfer pursuant to Section 7.01 hereof. On such date or dates, the Mortgage Loans transferred shall cease to be covered by this Agreement and the Servicer's servicing responsibilities shall cease under this Agreement with respect to the related transferred Mortgage Loans.
