Limits on Use. Your use of the Service is subject to the applicable AUP posted at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/aboutus/legal/acceptable-use-policy.html and you agree not to use the Service in any way that violates the applicable AUP, for a business or for any commercial purpose if your Service is a residential service, or in a way that impacts CenturyLink network resources or CenturyLink’s ability to provide services. You agree not to use the Service for high volume or excessive use or in a way that impacts CenturyLink network resources or CenturyLink’s ability to provide services. CenturyLink considers “high volume” or “excessive use” to be more than 5,000 voice minutes per month. Service may only be used at the Subscriber Location for which Service is provisioned by CenturyLink. You agree not to: (i) offer public information services (unlimited usage or otherwise), or (ii) permit more than one Internet log-on session to be active at one time, except if using a roaming account when traveling, in which case 2 sessions may be active. A log-on session represents an active connection to your Internet access provider. The active session may be shared to connect multiple computers/devices within a single home or office location or within a single unit within a multiple dwelling unit (e.g., single apartment or office within an apartment complex) to your Equipment to access the Service (including the establishment of a wireless fidelity (“WiFi”) hotspot), but the Service may only be used at the single home or office location or single unit within a multiple dwelling unit for which Service is provisioned by CenturyLink. You may not use a WiFi hotspot in violation of this Agreement or in a way that circumvents our ability to provide Service to another customer (e.g., you cannot use a WiFi hotspot to provide Service outside your single home or office location or outside your single unit within a multiple dwelling unit and you cannot resell Service provided over a WiFi hotspot). You will not be in violation of this Agreement by allowing Service access to authorized employees, contractors, or permitted users (i.e., the customers of the establishment or hotel/motel guests and patrons). You may not use more than one IP address for each log on session unless an advanced service allocating you more than one IP address has been purchased. Limits on Use. Customer understands and agrees that Company need not be concerned with the kind, quantity or value of personal property or other goods stored by Customer in the Unit pursuant to this Agreement. Customer specifically acknowledges and agrees: (a) that the Unit may be used for storage only, and that the use of the Unit for the conduct of business or for HUMAN OR ANIMAL HABITATION IS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED; (b) that Customer assumes full responsibility and liability for packing Customer’s property in the Unit and for securing Customer’s property for over the road transportation and (c) the weight of Customer’s property packed into the Unit shall be evenly distributed throughout the Unit. Customer shall store only personal property throughout the tenancy that Customer owns or has the legal right and authority to store in the Unit. Customer shall not use the Unit in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other customers at the Facility. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Unit and the Facility are not suitable for the storage of objects which have sentimental value to the Customer or others, including, but not limited to, heirlooms or precious, invaluable or irreplaceable property such as books, records, photographs, writings, works of art, photographs, and items for which no immediate resale market exists. Customer agrees that the value of any of the foregoing items that Customer chooses to store in the Unit in violation of this provision shall be limited to the salvage value of the item’s raw materials. Further, Customer acknowledges and agrees not to store the following items in the Unit: food or perishable property, hazardous, illegal, stolen, environmentally harmful, explosive or flammable property, money, precious metals, jewelry, watches, furs, vehicles, motorcycles, engines, computer software or programs, media or computer data contained on hard disks or drives. In addition, Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not store Group A Plastics in the Unit that exceed 15% by weight or 25% by volume. Group A Plastics include: ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Butyl rubber, EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber), FRP (fiberglass-reinforced polyester), Natural rubber, Nitrile-rubber, PET (thermoplastic polyester), Polybutadiene, Polycarbonate, Polyester elastomer, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Polyurethane, PVC, SAN (styrene acrylonitrile) and SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber). Malicious purposes include without limitation Spam, viruses, worms, Trojans, etc. dishNET may restrict your use of or interrupt the Service without notice for: (i) maintenance activities; (ii) equipment (including, without limitation, Equipment), network, or facility upgrades or modifications; and (iii) to ensure the provision of acceptable service levels to all dishNET customers. dishNET is not responsible or liable for any Service deficiencies or interruptions caused by such events.
Limits on Use. The MAF is a community of professional and student researchers; courteous, professional, responsible behavior is required at all times. Access to MAF will not be permitted until such time as the LAB USER has returned an executed User Agreement Form and has completed the mandatory registration, orientation and safety classes for each laboratory tool and process the LAB USER will be using. Access to MAF is a privilege and may be suspended, restricted or have conditions placed upon it by UW at any time and for any reason at the discretion of the MAF Director or Associate Director. New training is required for users who are inactive for more than one quarter or when deemed necessary by MAF staff. Projects with the potential to significantly affect the research of other users or the general operation of the lab are not allowed (e.g., analysis of samples that will contaminate the tools). Characterization of devices or materials for personal use or private sale is prohibited. A LAB USER’S access to MAF is contingent upon his or her continuing affiliation with the UW and with a FACULTY USER sponsor. If the LAB USER’s affiliation with the faculty sponsor and/or UW ends, his or her access to MAF will terminate until such time as a new or renewed affiliation has been established and a new User Agreement Form and User Billing & Information is submitted. Sharing of access cards with other users or allowing unauthorized access to the facility is strictly prohibited and are grounds for terminating facility access. Non-authorized persons are prohibited from accompanying, observing, or helping users at work unless specifically approved by a MAF staff member. Research, Intellectual, and Personal Property Rights: The LAB USER acknowledges responsibility for his or her own research and that MAF does not in any way warrant or assure project success. Ownership of rights in intellectual property resulting from LAB USER's research shall be governed by the policies of the University of Washington. The LAB USER further acknowledges responsibility for their personal and intellectual property. MAF may provide limited, unsecured storage as a courtesy and makes no guarantees against unauthorized access. If a LAB USER’s access to the facilities is terminated, the FACULTY USER is then responsible for removing any personal property within sixty (60) days, or it may be disposed of at the discretion of MAF Staff.

Limits on Use. Occupant will use the Unit only to store Occupant’s personal property. Occupant will not conduct any business in or at the Unit or Facility; allow any animal or human to live in the Unit; engage in any activities in the Unit or at the Facility that, in Operator’s sole discretion, pose an unreasonable risk of harm to person or property; or make or create any waste or nuisance; or interfere with the use of the Facility by others. Occupant will not store, generate, use or dispose of in the Unit or at the Facility any Hazardous Substance (which, as used herein, shall mean any substance which is toxic, ignitable, reactive, or corrosive and which is or becomes regulated by any local government, the State of Kansas, or the United States government; all material or substances defined as “hazardous waste,” “extremely hazardous waste,” or a “hazardous substance,” pursuant to any applicable law; as well as, but not limited to, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, and petroleum), nor shall Occupant store any perishable goods, carcasses, flammable materials, explosives or other inherently dangerous material in the Unit or at the Facility.
Limits on Use. The Customer shall use the Software for the Customer's internal purposes only for its own business purposes and shall not use the Software for the benefit of or to provide services to any third party or unaffiliated organization. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing restriction, the Customer shall not use any of the Software to perform data processing services or service bureau activities for a third party or an unaffiliated organization. The license granted to Customer hereunder does permit the Customer to use the Software for the benefit of Customer's affiliates, so long as such use is on the designated CPU(s) at the designated site identified on the Software Schedule.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, Optum may disclose hCentive Confidential Information to Customer and the Commonwealth in performance of the Prime Contract and the Project. Each Party will protect the confidentiality of Confidential Information received from the other Party in the same manner that it protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential information, but in no event with less than reasonable care, which efforts shall include, without limitation, entering into appropriate confidentiality agreements with Personnel, including consultants and Subcontractors prior to disclosure of any Confidential Information that provide that such Personnel, including consultants and Subcontractors maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. Access to Confidential Information will be restricted to those Personnel, including consultants and Subcontractors engaged in a use permitted under this Agreement who have a need to know such information in connection with this Agreement, the Project or the Massachusetts New XXX/IES Program (including, without limitation, with respect to independent contractors, consultants and subcontractors working on a Party’s behalf in connection with this Agreement, the Prime Contract or the Project or the Massachusetts New XXX/IES Program under written obligations of confidentiality at least as stringent as those set forth herein).
