Common use of Limits on Usage Clause in Contracts

Limits on Usage. We may impose limits on the dollar amount of an individual ▇▇▇▇ Pay transaction and on the total dollar amount of all ▇▇▇▇ Pay transactions to be processed on any given Business Day from your designated eligible Account, and we may change these limits from time to time without advance notice. Your Administrator may also impose limits on the total dollar amount of ▇▇▇▇ Pay transactions that may be initiated on any given Business Day by an individual User. In addition, if the designated Account does not have sufficient available funds to cover a requested ▇▇▇▇ Pay transaction on the scheduled or actual processing date, the transaction will not be processed.
