Limits of Authority's Obligations Defined. Redecoration, replacement, and refurbishment of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies will be the responsibility of and paid for by Company, and any such redecoration and refurbishing or re-equipping will be of equivalent quality to that originally installed hereunder. Authority will not be responsible to Company for any claims related to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of business resulting from any partial, extensive, or complete destruction of the Premises regardless of cause of damage.
