Limited Term License. When the license term specified in the Authorization Document is less than perpetual, all charges for maintenance and support are included in the periodic license or rental fee.
Limited Term License. A license designated as a “Limited Term” License in a Transaction Document authorizes End User to use one (1) copy of the Software in production environment at End User’s site for a defined period of time. The defined period for a “Limited Term” License commences immediately upon generation of the license key.
