Limited Registration. This puppy can be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. Registration for this puppy is therefore LIMITED registration as defined by the American Kennel Club. As such, the puppy/dog is not eligible for exhibiting in Conformation, but may compete in other performance events, such as Agility, Obedience, and Rally. The puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for AKC registration.

You agree to spay or neuter this puppy between the age of fifteen and nineteen months and to mail Xxxxxx’x Snowcloud Shepherds a verterinarian certificate stating the surgery has been performed. Within one (1) year from date of purchase, should your puppy develop hip dysplasia or any genetic skeletal disorder, which disorder will severly diminish your puppy’s quality and enjoyment of life and necessitate euthanasia, upon receipt of (1) a letter from a duly licensed veterinarian attesting to such condition and (2) a certificate of enthanasia, as well as (3) the puppy’s AKC registration certificate, you will receive a replacement puppy from our next available litter. (please see *health guarantee above) A pet puppy who is found to have a mild condition, which condition will not in any way shorten or diminish the quality of life for that puppy, will NOT be replaced. On Limited Registration puppies, spay or neuter certificates from a duly licensed veterinarian must be provided before AKC registration papers and pedigree will be provided on such puppy.

Limited Registration. Buyer will promptly register the puppy with AKC. Buyer and Seller agree the puppy is a pet and companion and shall have limited registration. Limited registration means the puppy will not be used for breeding, and no offspring will be registered. Any breach may result in a retake of possession of puppy and or liquidated damages in the amount of $5,000.00 attorney fees and legal cost of bringing action enforce these terms.

Xxxxx agrees this Agreement is non transferable to another party at any time whatsoever without Seller approval in writing (e.g., an agreement signed by both Parties), which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by Seller, and Xxxxx takes full responsibility to Seller for the return of the Puppy to Seller if said transfer has been found to have occurred without Seller’s written approval. Our Poodle Puppies are not sold on a trial basis, please be committed for the life of this dog/Puppy. If a situation arises where you cannot keep this dog you may contact Seller and Seller will try my best to help you place this dog in a new home. But no refunds or exchanges will be given. Seller has the right to refuse selling to anyone at any time. No Puppy sold or traded by Seller to Buyer is to be rehomed without notifying the Seller for approval. If Buyer moves Buyer is also required by this Agreement to notify Seller of new address where dog resides. Disclaimer: It is required that you find a reputable veterinarian to keep this Puppy up to date on vaccinations and health issues. Seller assumes no responsibility for the Puppy after it leaves the premises, for medical expenses, family disputes, or any other problems you have not thought about. Seller does not pay veterinarian bills or transportation costs under any circumstances.
