Limited Position. Shall apply to Part Time Employees save that a Part Time Employee who is the successful applicant to a Limited Full Time Job Posting will be subject to work the normal weekly hours indicated for the position for the term of the Limited Posting, e.g. thirty-five (35) hours per week, forty (40) hours per week.

Limited Position. 10:01(5)(a) A Full Time or Regular Part Time Limited position shall mean a position which is for a limited duration not exceeding seven (7) months or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Union.   • New Position An approved position not reflected in the current year budget complement.

  • Limited Scope The following are excluded from binding arbitration under this Agreement: claims for workers’ compensation benefits or unemployment benefits; replevin; and claims for which a binding arbitration agreement is invalid as a matter of law.

  • Limited Partners The Limited Partners shall not participate in the general conduct or control of the Partnership’s affairs and shall have no right or authority to act for or to bind the Partnership.   • Term Position A position occupied by a full-time or part-time nurse for a specified period of time, up to a maximum of sixty (60) weeks, where patient/client/resident census or workload necessitates a temporary increase in staffing, if mutually agreed, to replace a nurse(s) who is/are on vacation or leave of absence, or to carry out a special short term project or where the Employer has provided notice of permanent deletion of position(s) under the Memorandum of Understanding regarding Employment Security, or as otherwise mutually agreed between the Union and the Employer. If the Employer determines there is a term position to be filled by a nurse, the term position shall be posted in accordance with Article 30. This shall not preclude the Employer from utilizing part-time nurses and/or casual nurses to work available shifts as specified in Articles 34 and 35 when the Employer decides that a term position is not required. The Employer shall provide written confirmation of the start and expiry dates of the term position prior to the nurse's commencement in the position. This period may be extended if the Employer so requests and the Union agrees. The maximum duration specified in paragraph 1 above for term positions shall not apply in situations where a nurse is absent indefinitely due to Workers Compensation and/or illness and/or accident or where there is a temporary vacancy due to leave for Public Office. In these cases, the Employer shall state on the job posting that the said term position is an "Indefinite Term" which will expire subject to a minimum of twenty-four

  • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled. Probationary employees shall not be entitled to apply for posted vacancies. It is agreed that the Gallery will not interview external applicants until applications from existing employees have been reviewed and bargaining unit employees who are qualified in the opinion of the Gallery have been interviewed. Further, the Gallery will notify existing applicants in writing once the successful application is selected.

  • Limited Partner The name and address of the New Limited Partner of the Partnership is 0000 X. Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.   • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. Only those candidates who have the position-specific skills and abilities required to perform the duties of the vacant position will be referred for further consideration by the employing agency.
