Limited Information. The Note was issued to the CTA under the Redevelopment Agreement as part of a commercial transaction negotiated by the CTA and the City. The CTA engaged a consultant to deliver a feasibility report to the City in connection with the Project, which included certain information about the Project Area, the Project and historical and projected Available Incremental Taxes. The report contained information as of its date only, and neither the CTA nor any other party have any obligation to update the report as of any subsequent date. The City is under no continuing obligation to provide to any holder or prospective holder of the Note, or to post to the Electronic Municipal Market Access System of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board or any other website, any current or updated information with respect to the Project Area, the Project, the historical and projected Available Incremental Taxes or the Note. The City does not prepare or have readily and publically available any current or updated information about the Project Area, the Project or the Available Incremental Taxes.

Limited Information. Seller acknowledges and understands that it (a) ------------------- has received copies of the Financial Statements described in Section 3.01 hereof, (b) has limited information concerning the business, financial and other condition of the Company, (c) that as of the time of the Closing, Buyer may have more information regarding the business, financial and other condition of the Company than Seller, (d) neither Seller nor Buyer knows or can predict the future financial or other performance of Company and (e) despite the receipt of such limited information, Seller desires to, and upon execution of this Agreement and satisfaction or waiver of all the conditions herein shall, sell to Buyer its shares.
Limited Information. Wide Horizons cannot provide any assurance as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy and/or amount of information acquired by it in the referred child’s country of origin or State (in the case of domestic adoptions), including without limitation any medical, mental, emotional, behavioral, social or background (such as age or birth and family history) information. New or additional information may become available only when you travel to the country of origin or the State (in the case of domestic adoptions).
