Common use of Limited Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Limited Disclosure. Recipient may disclose Confidential Information of Discloser if and to the extent required by law or any judicial or administrative governmental request, requirement, or order, provided that Recipient shall take reasonable steps to provide Discloser sufficient prior notice in order to enable Discloser to contest such request, requirement, or order. Recipient shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement, return all tangible Discloser Confidential Information, including, without limitation, all computer programs, documentation, notes, plans, drawings, and copies thereof, to Discloser immediately upon Discloser’s request.
