Limited Approval. Remains in effect until the employment is completed. This is used for short term, temporary employment (i.e., one day event).
Limited Approval. Approval of this Agreement by the County and Township in no way constitutes approval of anything other than that which is explicitly specified in this Agreement.

The required church access has not been approved at this time, and a conditional use permit for the church has not been initiated, reviewed or approved.
Limited Approval. This Development Agreement represents approval only of the school improvements set forth on the Plans. It does not represent approval of any additional land alteration, development or improvement.
Limited Approval. This Development Agreement represents approval only of the 22 single family lots and the related public and private improvements set forth on the Plans. It does not represent approval of any additional development, except approval of the reconfiguration of Lot 18 in Xxxxxx Neighborhood 3rd Addition and its replatting as Lot 1 of Xxxxxx Neighborhood 5th Addition.
Limited Approval. This Development Agreement represents approval only of the forty-nine lots for Phase I, the related public and private improvements for Phase I set forth on the Preliminary Plat and Plans, and the grading of the entire Development Property as set forth in the Grading Plan attached as Exhibit N, in compliance with the terms and conditions herein. It does not represent approval of any additional development. Developer shall execute a separate development agreement with the City for Phase II, the terms and conditions of which will be specific to the final plat for that phase.
