Limitations on Subcontractor Layering. All candidates submitted by Subcontractor for consideration must have a W-0 or 1099 relationship with Subcontractor, or be no more than one (1) layer removed. If instances of additional layering are discovered, Supplier will engage the candidate through the W-2 Subcontractor. All employer and/or contracting details must be reported accurately within the VMS.
