THE SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT BILLED SECURITIZATION CHARGES WILL BE ACTUALLY COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMERS AND NO REPRESENTATION THAT AMOUNTS COLLECTED WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO MEET THE OBLIGATIONS ON THE SECURITIZATION BONDS.
