Without prejudice to any of the other rights of the parties, the Seller will not be in breach of any representation or warranty as a result of a change in law by means of any legislative enactment, constitutional amendment or voter initiative. Notwithstanding anything in this Sale Agreement to the contrary, the Seller makes no representation that amounts collected will be sufficient to meet the obligations on the Storm Recovery Bonds.
