Common use of Limitations on Actions Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Actions. Pursuant to Section 56.19 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, any decision of the Board of Supervisors made pursuant to Chapter 56 of the Administrative Code shall be final. Any court action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, void, or annul any final decision or determination by the Board shall be commenced within ninety (90) days after such decision or determination is final and effective. Any court action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, void or annul any final decision by (i) the Planning Director made pursuant to Section 56.15(d)(3) or (ii) the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 56.17(e) shall be commenced within ninety (90) days after said decision is final.
