Limitations on Actions. Executive agrees not to commence any action arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement or to Executive’s employment with the Company more than six (6) months after the termination of Executive’s employment. Executive agrees that six (6) months is a reasonable amount of time in which to commence any such action and expressly waives any statute of limitations to the contrary.
