Limitation on Trust Liabilities. This Agreement is executed on behalf of the Trust by an officer or trustee of the Trust in his or her capacity as an officer or trustee of the Trust and not individually, and the obligations arising out of this Agreement are not binding on any of the Trust’s trustees, officers, directors or unitholders individually, but are binding only upon the assets or property of the Trust.
