Any additional Required Portfolio Documents or documents requested to be released by the Portfolio Asset Servicer may be released only upon written authorization of the Administrative Agent (at the direction of the Majority Lenders). The limitations of this Section 9.08(b) shall not apply to the release of Required Portfolio Documents to the Portfolio Asset Servicer pursuant to Section 9.08(a).
