Common use of Limitation of Rights Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Rights. (a) All of the rights of the Note Insurer in, to and under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, all of the Note Insurer’s rights as a third party beneficiary of this Agreement and all of the Note Insurer’s rights to receive notice of any action hereunder and to give or withhold consent to any action hereunder) shall terminate upon the termination of the Insurance Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof and the payment in full of all amounts owing to the Note Insurer.
