Limestone. (i) On March 15, 2000, Limestone shall enter into the Note Purchase Agreement. On the Closing Date, Limestone shall enter into the Indenture, and shall issue the Initial Notes under the Indenture to the Initial Purchaser pursuant to the terms of the Note Purchase Agreement against payment of the purchase price therefor of $1,000,000,000 by the Initial Purchaser to Limestone.

Limestone. The limestone zone is having 150m length, 75m width and proved upto 515m RL by drilled borehole to a thickness of about 40m on an average, below the topsoil. The limestone is occurring with murrum/xxxxxx Limestone along the contact zone of limestone & dolomite. The colour of the limestone is gray. It is fine to medium grained in texture and medium hard in nature. The limestone is having CaO content between 35% to 54.49%.

If the Lessee hauls and/or spreads the limestone, furnished by the Lessor, the Lessor shall pay the Lessee the customary rate per ton for such work done. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Replace surface material when lost or worn away, or as directed by the Contract Administrator.  Remove shoulder berms, created by grading, to facilitate drainage, except as marked or directed by the Contract Administrator.  For roads with geotextile fabric: spread surface aggregate to fill in soft spots and wheel ruts (barrel spread) to prevent damage to the geotextile fabric.
