Lighting and signs. The Tenant shall not display any sign which can be seen from the exterior of the Premises Provided that the Tenant may without requiring the Landlord's approval display any Sign which is on the exterior of or can be seen from outside of the Premises provided that it is displayed for the purposes of advertising the brand or logo of the Tenant or any activity or activities being carried on by the Tenant at the Premises or any other Premises of the Tenant from time to time included in the Sports and Leisure Management and Funding Agreement and subject to the Tenant having first obtained all necessary planning and other approvals.
