Lighting Analysis Clause Samples

The Lighting Analysis clause defines the requirements and procedures for evaluating the lighting conditions within a project or property. Typically, this involves assessing both natural and artificial lighting to ensure compliance with relevant standards or client specifications, and may require the submission of detailed reports or simulations. By establishing clear expectations for lighting performance and documentation, this clause helps ensure that spaces are adequately illuminated, supports energy efficiency goals, and reduces the risk of disputes over lighting adequacy.
Lighting Analysis. Conduct a lighting analysis using AGI software to determine luminaire locations, wattages, mounting heights, and orientations necessary to meet standard light levels per the latest IES RP- 8-18 guidelines. Lighting analysis will be conducted at the following locations: ▪ Lighting analysis will be conducted for up to two luminaire alternatives in the parking area and two luminaire alternatives in the multi-use trail area. Lighting alternatives to be developed and provided by Nossa ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▪ Lighting analysis will be conducted for up to two luminaire alternatives at the Cape Kiwanda Drive pedestrian crossing. Lighting alternatives to be developed and provided by Nossa ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The results of the lighting analysis will be summarized in a brief technical memorandum. ▪ Evaluation of two luminaire alternatives for the parking area and two luminaire alternatives for the multi-use pathway area. ▪ Draft and Final Lighting Technical Memorandum
Lighting Analysis. A review of the existing lighting system shall be completed. The review will include analysis of the existing system, and a discussion of current lighting practices for residential streets and school zones. The analysis will include a preliminary layout of recommended lighting improvements and a preliminary cost estimate for installation of improvements.
Lighting Analysis. The BKF team will perform a lighting analysis of the existing parking lot and terminal lighting levels and provide recommendations for improvement of lighting based on industry standards. Analysis and recommendations will be documented in a technical memorandum.
Lighting Analysis i. Prepare a photometric analysis to satisfy the Caltrans minimum requirements at crosswalks and center of intersections using the authorized material list products. Our team will also review the City lighting standards and use whichever is more stringent.
