Liens or Encumbrances. Lessee shall not, without the County’s written consent, permit the creation or imposition of any liens or encumbrances upon the Premises. In the event said liens have been created by or permitted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in violation of this provision, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, will immediately discharge as of record any such lien or encumbrance.
