Lien Search Results. The Administrative Agent (or Special Counsel) shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each jurisdiction reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Borrower and each Restricted Domestic Subsidiary (to the extent obtainable in such jurisdiction), and such search results shall not reveal Liens on any of the assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary except for Liens permitted hereunder or Liens to be discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
