LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION. 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the necessity for bargaining unit employees to maintain appropriate licensure and/or certification to perform the duties of their assigned position. 9.2 Agencies will follow their policies and/or practices related to licensure and certification. 9.3 Employees will notify their Appointing Authority or designee if their work- related license and/or certification has expired, or has been restricted, revoked or suspended within twenty-four (24) hours of expiration, restriction, revocation or suspension, or prior to their next scheduled shift, whichever occurs first.
