Common use of Licensor’s Use Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Use. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Licensor, its affiliates, or any of their respective successors or assigns from using or permitting other entities to use the Licensed Marks whether or not such entity directly or indirectly competes or conflicts with the Company’s business in any manner.
