Common use of Licensor Clause in Contracts

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: any mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), charge, or preference, priority or other security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing).

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: with respect to any asset, mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), charge, charge or other security interest or any preference, priority or other security interest agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including the interest of a vendor or a lessor under any conditional sale agreement, capital lease or other title retention agreement and (or any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing), in each case, relating to such asset and in the nature of security.

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, charge, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), chargesecurity interest, statutory trust, reservation of title, or other security arrangement and any other preference, priority or other security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (whatsoever, including any conditional sale contract or other title retention agreement agreement, the interest of a lessor under a Capital Lease and any synthetic or financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing).

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: an interest in Property securing an obligation owed to, or a claim by, another Person, including any mortgagelien, security interest, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangementtrust, encumbrancedeemed trust, lien (statutory or other)reservation, chargeencroachment, or preferenceeasement, priority or other security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale right-of-way, covenant, condition, restriction, lease, or other title retention agreement and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing)exception or encumbrance. Loan: a Revolver Loan.

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: any mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), chargePerson's interest in Property securing an obligation owed to, or preferencea claim by, priority such Person, whether such interest is based on common law, statute or other contract, including liens, security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale or interests, pledges, hypothecations, statutory trusts, reservations, exceptions, encroachments, easements, rights-of-way, covenants, conditions, restrictions, leases, and other title retention agreement exceptions and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing)encumbrances affecting Property.

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: any mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), charge, or preference, priority charge or other security interest or preferential arrangement in the nature of a security interest of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement agreement, any easement, right of way or other encumbrance on title to real property, and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing).

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: any mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), chargePerson’s interest in Property securing an obligation owed to, or preferencea claim by, priority such Person, whether such interest is based on common law, statute or other contract, including liens, security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale or interests, pledges, hypothecations, statutory trusts, reservations, exceptions, encroachments, easements, rights-of-way, covenants, conditions, restrictions, leases, and other title retention agreement exceptions and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing)encumbrances affecting Property.

Licensor. any Person from whom an Obligor obtains the right to use any Intellectual Property. Lien: a Person’s interest in Property securing an obligation owed to, or a claim by, such Person, including any mortgagelien, security interest, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangementtrust, encumbrancereservation, lien (statutory or other)encroachment, chargeeasement, or preferenceright-of-way, priority or other security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever in respect of property (including any conditional sale covenant, condition, restriction, lease, or other title retention agreement and any financing lease having substantially exception or encumbrance; provided, however, that non-exclusive licenses of Intellectual Property in the same economic effect as any Ordinary Course of the foregoing)Business are not Liens.
