Licensor-Administered Authentication Sample Clauses

The Licensor-Administered Authentication clause establishes that the licensor is responsible for managing and overseeing the authentication process for users accessing the licensed product or service. In practice, this means the licensor sets the authentication protocols, such as issuing login credentials or managing user access rights, and may monitor compliance with security requirements. This clause ensures that authentication is handled consistently and securely, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and clarifying responsibility for user verification.
