Licensing Period. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed on the UST Order Form (“Order Form”), Customer agrees under terms of this licence, to enter in an agreement for a minimum 3 years term ("Licensing Term"). For the avoidance of doubt the minimum 3 years term is applicable only for licences issued for new sites and new users, and shall exclude any renewal licences unless a new renewal term is agreed.
Licensing Period. To the extent that ASIC or one of its Affiliates does not have Policy Issuance Authority to write some or all of the Retained Policies in one or more jurisdictions, ASIC or one of its Affiliates shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such Policy Issuance Authority as promptly as possible and in any event no later than one year following the Closing Date (the “Licensing Period”); provided, however, that as to any jurisdictions with respect to which ASIC and/or its Affiliates shall have submitted to the applicable Governmental Authorities, before the end of the Licensing Period, all filings, notices or other submissions necessary to obtain Policy Issuance Authority, the Licensing Period shall be extended as to such jurisdictions until the earlier of (i) 180 days or (ii) 90 days following the date on which ASIC or one of its Affiliates acquire Policy Issuance Authority in such jurisdictions.
Licensing Period. The licensing period for any registered trademark hereunder shall start from the effective date hereof to the expiration date of the validity term of such registered trademark hereunder. In the case that Party A has renewed the registered trademark before the expiration of the validity term, the licensing period for such registered trademark shall be automatically extended to the expiration date of the renewed validity term, and so on.

  • Research License Each Collaborator shall allow the other Collaborator to practice any of its Non- Subject Inventions for the purpose of performing the Cooperative Work.   • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement.   • License Termination Customer may terminate the license for an ICA Program at any time on one month's written notice to IBM. For ICA Program licenses that Customer acquired for a one-time charge, replacement licenses may be acquired for an upgrade charge, if available. When Customer obtains licenses for these replacement ICA Programs, Customer agrees to terminate the license of the replaced ICA Programs when charges become due, unless IBM specifies otherwise. IBM may terminate Customer’s license if Customer fails to comply with the license terms. If IBM does so, Customer’s authorization to use the ICA Program is also terminated.
