Common use of LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION Clause in Contracts

LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION. The Design-Builder and all of its subcontractors and subconsultants (regardless of tier) shall comply with all applicable District of Columbia, state, and federal licensing, accreditation, and registration requirements and standards necessary for the performance of the Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all drawings shall be signed and sealed by a professional Architect or engineer licensed in the District of Columbia.
