Common use of Licenses and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Approvals. This Agreement is contingent on any necessary approvals and licenses from any regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the parties or the subject matter of this Agreement. Each party shall promptly apply to the appropriate regulatory authorities for any licenses and approvals necessary for that party to perform under this Agreement, shall diligently pursue its applications and pay all associated costs and fees, and shall otherwise cooperate with any requests, inquiries, or investigations of any regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies in connection with the Company, its affiliates, or this Agreement.
