Common use of Licensee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Licensee Obligations. The Licensee must at all times: (a) ensure that only an Authorized User may use the Product and only for Authorized Use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) promptly advise Xxxxxxxx, including in writing, if the Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Licensee's License Information (Name and Key) by any person.

Licensee Obligations. The Licensee must at all times: (a) ensure that only an Authorized User may use the Product and only for Authorized Use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) promptly advise XxxxxxxxRed Hammer, including in writing, if the Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Licensee's License Information (Name and Key) Product by any person.

The Licensee must at all times: (a) • ensure that only an Authorized User Authorised Person may use the Product and only for Authorized Authorised Use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreementagreement; (b) promptly • install all applicable updates and enhancements made available by Xxxx’x Distributor; • immediately advise Xxxxxxxx, including Xxxx’x Distributor in writing, writing if the Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorized unauthorised use or distribution of the Licensee's License Information (Name and Key) Product by any personperson or entity and, further provide to Xxxx all information it has, or can obtain by reasonable and proportionate action, to help identify and locate the person or entity responsible for such unauthorised use.
