Licensee not to Sign Contract Sample Clauses

The 'Licensee not to Sign Contract' clause prohibits the licensee from entering into or signing any contracts related to the subject matter of the agreement without the licensor's prior approval. In practice, this means the licensee cannot independently bind themselves or the licensor to third-party agreements, such as sublicensing, distribution, or partnership contracts, unless explicitly authorized. This clause serves to protect the licensor's interests by ensuring control over how the licensed rights are used and preventing unauthorized commitments that could create legal or financial risks.
Licensee not to Sign Contract. The Licensee is not authorised to sign a Contract for Sale on behalf of the Principal.
