Common use of Licensee Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Licensee Indemnity. The Licensee is solely responsible for the operation of the Consulting Business and its use of the 180 Name and Logos and the Materials. The Licensee indemnifies and will keep indemnified the Licensor against any claim which may be brought against the Licensor by a third party, or any loss suffered or incurred by the Licensor, arising directly or indirectly from the operation by the Licensee of the Consulting Business and the use by the Licensee of the 180 Name and Logos and the Materials.
