Common use of Licensed Patents Clause in Contracts

Licensed Patents. Licensed Patents shall mean all patents and patent applications, together with any continuations or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents of addition, and any registration or confirmation patents corresponding thereto, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliates, to the extent such patents and patent applications relate to the Active Systems.

Licensed Patents. The term “Licensed Patents shall mean all patents and Patents” means (i) any United States or foreign applications filed by the Company which are based on the Licensed Know-How; (ii) any foreign patent applications based upon said United States patent applications; (iii) any additions, together with continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues or extensions based thereon; and (iv) any continuations United States or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents foreign patent or other intellectual property rights obtained from any of addition, and any registration said United States or confirmation patents corresponding thereto, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliates, to the extent such patents and foreign patent applications relate to the Active Systemsapplications.

Licensed Patents. The term "Licensed Patents Patents" shall mean all patents and patent applications, together with any continuations or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents of addition, and any registration or confirmation patents corresponding thereto, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliates, to include the extent such patents and patent applications relate to the Active Systemslisted on Exhibit B attached hereto together with all reissues, re-examinations, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, renewals, extensions of, and additions thereto.

Licensed Patents. “Licensed Patents shall mean all patents and patent applications, together with any continuations or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents of addition, and any registration or confirmation patents corresponding thereto, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliates, to Patents” means the extent such patents and patent applications relate described in Exhibit A to the Active Systemsthis Agreement, and all continuations, continuations in part, divisions, reissues, renewals, extensions, or additions of those patents and patent applications (or that otherwise claim priority from them) and foreign counterparts.

Licensed Patents. The term “Licensed Patents shall mean Patents” means all patents and patent applicationsapplications owned or Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or during the Term that (a) relate to the audio field and/or (b) are necessary or useful for Licensee to practice the licenses granted to Licensee hereunder, together with any continuations or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents of additionthose described on Schedule A attached hereto, and any registration reissues, reexaminations, divisional, extensions, continuations, continuations in part, renewals or confirmation patents corresponding thereto, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliates, to foreign counterparts of the extent such patents and patent applications relate to the Active Systemsforegoing.

Licensed Patents. “Licensed Patents Patents” as used in this Agreement shall mean all patents and patent applicationsthe , together with any continuations or continuations in part thereof, and all patents issuing thereon including reissues, patents of additioncollectively, and any registration or confirmation patents corresponding theretopatent issued in the future from any reissue, that are now or hereafter owned or controlled by NCT or its Affiliatesreexamination, to divisional, continuation, and/or continuation-in- part of the extent such patents and patent applications relate to the Active SystemsLicensed Patents, including any foreign counterpart thereof.
