Common use of Licensed Know-How Clause in Contracts

Licensed Know-How. Sanofi or its Affiliates Controls the Licensed Know-How set forth in Schedule 1.61.

Licensed Know-How. To the knowledge of the Sanofi personnel having responsibility for such matters, after having made reasonable inquiry, Schedule 1.60 (Licensed Know-How) contains substantially all of the Information and Inventions created by or on behalf of Sanofi or its Affiliates Controls during its Development of the Licensed Know-How set forth in Schedule 1.61Compounds.

Licensed Know-How. Sanofi or its Affiliates Controls the Licensed Know-How set forth in Schedule 1.61. To the knowledge of the Sanofi personnel involved with such matters, the Licensed Know-How listed in Schedule 1.61 contains all the Information and Inventions that were created by or on behalf of Sanofi in the Development of the Licensed Compounds.

Licensed Know-How. Sanofi or its Affiliates Controls the Licensed Know-How set forth in Schedule 1.611.63. To the knowledge of the Sanofi personnel involved with such matters, the Licensed Know-How listed in Schedule 1.64 contains all the Information and Inventions that were created by or on behalf of Sanofi in the Development of the Licensed Compounds.
