License to Operate. During the term of this Agreement, Helix shall preserve and maintain its existence, corporate or otherwise, rights, franchises and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization, and qualify and remain qualified in each jurisdiction in the Territory in which such qualification is necessary in view of Helix's rights and obligations hereunder. Helix shall also preserve and maintain all material licenses and other rights owned or possessed by it and necessary to the performance of this Agreement.
License to Operate. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the City hereby grants to Motivate an exclusive license to operate the System within the municipal boundaries of Portland (as the same may be expanded within the City beyond the original equipment specified in Exhibit B hereto) (the “License”). Motivate has no property interest in or to the System other than (a) the License; and (b) all title in and to System components purchased exclusively with Motivate Funds (if any).
License to Operate. Maintain or cause to be maintained the required Facility licenses, Medicaid and Medicare Reimbursement Contracts and/or Permits at all times.

LICENSOR hereby grants to LICENSEE, for the term of this Agreement, a nonexclusive, nonassignable, right and license to operate the Product in connection with enhancing information management and governance on the network or other location indicated above for up to named users (“Licensed Users”), who are uniquely identified and named and agreed in Exhibit 1B - Licensed Users, or for LICENSOR to operate on behalf of LICENSEE for up to objects, as indicated and agreed in Exhibit 1B - Licensed Users and Exhibit 1C Pricing and Payment Schedule.
License to Operate. City or any Permitted Designee (as defined in Section 6.1) shall be duly licensed and qualified to operate a public bus transit system during all times and shall provide evidence thereof upon Redeveloper’s request.

License to Operate. STORE". Buyer shall have obtained a valid license to operate a DME operation under the HORIZON Pharmacies, Inc. name in the state of COLORADO.
License to Operate. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the City hereby grants to Operator an exclusive license to operate the System as the sole bike share service permitted within the municipal boundaries of Portland (as the same may be expanded within the City beyond the original equipment specified in Exhibit 1. B hereto) (the "License"). In furtherance of Operator's license rights, the City agrees that it will not allow, license, authorize or issue a permit to another entity to operate a bike share service. The City further covenants to enforce to the fullest extent reasonably practicable all applicable laws so as to protect Operator's exclusive bikeshare service License rights as described in this Section 4.1. Operator has no property interest in or to the Capital Equipment purchased under the Original Program Agreement other than (a) the License; and (b) all title in and to System components purchased exclusively with Operator funds (if any). Any Capital Equipment purchased solely with Operator funds will be the property of Operator.
