License to Content. Unless otherwise specified in the License Agreement, Licensee hereby grants to Veritone a non- exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (i) to use and display all Content that Licensee provides to Veritone or that are otherwise uploaded to or captured by the Platform through Licensee’s use of the Platform and Services to provide the Services and perform its obligations under this Agreement, directly or through its third party service providers, (ii) to share such Content with Veritone’s third party service providers (and, where applicable, with Licensee’s third party Representatives) in connection with Veritone’s provision of the Platform and Services to Licensee, and (iii) to create aggregated or redacted forms of Content that do not identify Licensee or any of Licensee’s users for Veritone’s business purposes, including improvements and enhancements to the Platform and Services.

License to Content. By submitting Content to the Platform, you hereby grant CCP: (i) a royalty-free, transferable, nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to publish, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, and otherwise exploit any Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to Users, with the right to sublicense the foregoing rights to CCP’s service providers and agents for purposes of providing the Services to CCP’s customers.

License to Content. Globalscape does not, directly or indirectly, have the ability to view the Content; however in order to provide the Services, certain rights to the Content are required. To that end, Subscriber hereby grants Globalscape a non-exclusive, non-transferable (subject to Section 11.5 (Assignment)), royalty-free, right to process and display Content during the Term, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services hereunder.
License to Content. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Learning Explorer hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide (subject to applicable laws), limited right to use the Content during the License Period, and to allow Users to use the Content, solely for Customer’s internal purposes. Following the License Period, Customer shall have no right to use the Content.

Subject to this limited license we do not acquire any right in your Content and You or your licensors retain all rights and ownership to your Content. Where policies permit access to the Content, it is only for the purpose of providing the Services and supporting You in your use of the Services.

You are not entitled to any compensation for the Content you submit or for UBIMET’s use and dissemination of that Content.
