LICENSE STIPEND. A. At the start of each school year building administration will determine if a paraprofessional position will function as a “work based” paraprofessional. Persons who serve in these positions shall be eligible for an annual stipend of $200.00 to be made by April 30th of the contract year.
LICENSE STIPEND. Employees who are in possession of a valid Black Seal Boiler License shall receive a stipend of $500 for 2004/05, 2005/06, and 2006/07. Half of this stipend shall be paid in July and the remaining half in January. If a custodian is hired without a black seal license, failure to obtain the Black Seal License in a reasonable time period may result in non-advancement on the salary guide or termination. If an employee qualifies for more than one license stipend, the employee shall be issued payment for ONLY a maximum of two (2) of the highest license’s held. A retired employee shall NOT fall under section 11.2 and will not be paid any license stipend. An employee will only be paid a stipend if they are performing those duties where the specific license is applicable (i.e. A WWTP employee will only be paid a stipend for a wastewater license(s) even if said employee maintains other non-job duty applicable licenses) except in the case where a specific license(s) was previously held (presently maintained) by such employee BEFORE they transferred to a non-applicable department.

  • License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service xxxx is granted hereunder.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

The Fund may not remove any statutory copyright notice or other notice included in the Software or on any media containing the Software. The Fund shall reproduce any such notice on any reproduction of the Software and shall add any statutory copyright notice or other notice to the Software or media upon Custodian’s request.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.
