LICENSE STIPEND. A. At the start of each school year building administration will determine if a paraprofessional position will function as a “work based” paraprofessional. Persons who serve in these positions shall be eligible for an annual stipend of $200.00 to be made by April 30th of the contract year.

LICENSE STIPEND. A black seal license will be required in order to be hired as a custodian.   • License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service xxxx is granted hereunder.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses.
