Common use of License Restrictions Clause in Contracts

License Restrictions. Entco may monitor use/license restrictions remotely and, if Entco makes a license management program available, Customer agrees to install and use it within a reasonable period of time. Customer may make a copy or adaptation of a licensed software product only for archival purposes or when it is an essential step in the authorized use of the software.
