Common use of License Grants Clause in Contracts

License Grants. 3.2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Impax hereby grants to Medicis an exclusive, royalty-bearing, irrevocable, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 11.6), worldwide license (with the right to grant sublicenses through multiple tiers) under the Impax IP Rights, to make, have made, use, offer for sale, sell and import the New Product.
