Any references to a "sale" or a "purchase" of the Software in this or any other document means "license" in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement. You may make a reasonable number of backup copies of the Software and Documentation for internal, Non-Commercial, Non-Production use. All titles, trademarks and copyright and restricted notices in the Software must be reproduced in any copies you are permitted to make hereunder.
