License Fee. CTK charges a one-time license fee set forth in the price list displayed on CTK Website at the time of entering the MTA or, in individual cases, the fees as offered by CTK to the RECIPIENT. License fees are in Euros or US Dollars and are charged plus applicable VAT or sales tax. The license fees communicated on the CTK Website for the use of the PRODUCTS may be changed by CTK prior to an announcement on the CTK Website and shall apply to future contracts with RECIPIENT.
