License Expiration. Professional staff is expected to keep licensure current. In the event a staff member allows his/her license to expire, the following may occur: ● The superintendent may require the staff member to obtain a substitute license if it is in the best interest of the district to allow the employee to continue to work. The staff member will be compensated at the lowest substitute daily rate. ● The superintendent may suspend the employee without pay until licensure is obtained or until the employee's contract is terminated by the board of education. License Expiration. This Agreement shall terminate automatically upon termination or expiration of the software license that is the subject of the Software License Agreement.
License Expiration a. The term of this Universal Multimedia License begins immediately upon the Licensee's access, acceptance, download, upload, or purchase of any Licensed Material from the Icons8 or subsidiary website, and is valid for the term specified within the Licensee or User's particular licensing package agreed upon at purchase (i.e., "Licensing Period"). This License covers the following aspects of the Licensed Material: • New Features, fixes, and improvements to the software, media, and recorded content; • Licensed Material usage and restrictions; • New Licensed Material and Content; • Email Support;
License Expiration. The customer license may include an expiration date, in which case the license terminates on such expiration date. For lease licenses, the customer’s monthly payment for each month must be processed prior to the expiration date in order for the license updates to be performed. For the customer’s convenience SYNAPTICON may, but has no obligation to, provide license expiration warnings in the product interface. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact SYNAPTICON regarding any potential expiration that the customer deems inappropriate. SYNAPTICON shall not liable for any damages or costs incurred in connection with the expired licenses.

License Expiration. Upon any expiration or termination of this Contract, Partner's right and license under this section shall terminate immediately, and Partner will immediately cease all further use of the ICEWARP trademark. Partner may no longer display or place any ICEWARP trademarks on any products or use in connection with any service, unless expressly authorized by ICEWARP in writing.

The licensed granted to a Fan in relation to the Show will expire automatically without notice in the following circumstances: ⦁ If the Fan Payment related to the Show was unsuccessful, or is charged back, contested, or reversed for any reason; ⦁ In respect of the Show, once the Show has ended; ⦁ If the Fan’s account is suspended or terminated for any reason; ⦁ If the Fan acts in breach of the Terms of Service, or any other applicable terms on Plauzzable; ⦁ If the Fan closes their Plauzzable account.
License Expiration. With respect to the License Term time is of the essence. If Remote shall fail to remove its property at the conclusion of the Licensed Hours for any day and/or at the expiration of the License Term after written notice to an authorized Remote representative and a reasonable opportunity to cure, then the Apartment Corporation shall be entitled to receive from Remote, as liquidated damages for and by reason of the delay and not as a penalty, the sum of $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) per day for each day, or partial day of delay on a pro-rata basis in removing the aforesaid property. The parties expressly agree that the aforesaid liquidated damages are reasonable, and are intended to fairly compensate the Apartment Corporation for damages which could not otherwise be determined by reason of the delay, and Remote, as a material inducement to the Apartment Corporation’s execution of this Agreement, agrees not to contest the validity or enforceability of the aforesaid liquidated damages. At the conclusion of the License Term and/or following the utilization of the License on three (3) days in the aggregate during the License Term, Remote and the Remote Personnel shall have no right to enter upon the Property and/or the Building. Following the termination/ cancellation of the License for any reason but only after written notice to an authorized Remote representative and a reasonable opportunity to cure, Remote shall be liable to the Apartment Corporation for all actual, verifiable costs incurred in repairing and/or restoring the Property from any damage caused by Remote and/or the Remote Personnel.
License Expiration. 12.1 The License of the End User will automatically and immediately expire without further notice if (i) mandatory usage of the USB Dongle or other licensing mechanism is circumvented, ADMLE-XXXX-Sale- Licenses Dental SoLware-en, 2021-02-26 (ii) existing USB Dongle or other licensing mechanism protection is impaired, circumvented or tampered with (e.g. by making copies of the USB Dongle or other licensing mechanism, or its contained license data), (iii) the Contract SoLware or the USB Dongle or other licensing mechanism is used on any other computer than the computer the Contract SoLware or the USB Dongle or other licensing mechanism has been successfully activated for, (iv) the connection between the computer where the Contract SoLware is running and the License Server is blocked, circumvented, impaired or tampered with or (v) any attempt, preparation or support measure for any of the above actions is undertaken. Any potential claims of exocad or the Distributor regarding compensations for fictitious license fees or any further claims, including damage claims exceeding fictitious license fees, shall remain unaffected.
